Dearly Beloved,
In our society, human beings are abandoned by their family or resources for various reasons. Too often, these unfortunate souls spend their final days alone, in pain, and without dignity or peace, looking for shelter when the time comes for them to leave this world.
Marian Charitable Trust has a noble mission, which is functioning by kind-hearted well-wishers worldwide to ensure that even the least among us can have a peaceful farewell when their lives end.
We look out for and identify isolated people with no one to care for. We accept them in our home and arrange for them to spend their last days in a clean, caring environment with proper food, medication, and palliative care to alleviate their suffering. The House of St. Mary (Vishudha Mariam Veedu) is their home, where we prioritize humanity without any caste, creed, or gender discrimination.
When the end finally comes, the departed soul is given a dignified ritual farewell as per their faith tradition. Their body is bathed and wrapped in fresh clothes, and funerary rites are performed with full respect. A simple yet solemn cremation or burial is conducted to allow their soul to rest in peace. By performing this final act of compassion, we ensure that even those with nothing in this life exit it with grace and dignity.
This peaceful farewell mission is a truly divine service that honors the sanctity of human life until the very last breath. It is a shining example of how even small acts of kindness can make a difference. Let us make a difference today and forever, for the least. We trust in Jesus!
You are wholeheartedly invited to join this humble mission of humanity and support this mission for the least. You can do many things, small or big, for this noble cause. Here is the link to show your interest in whatever way each one of you can. https://forms.gle/e1zePMTEY1GeEGBb7

Our Services
Marian Charitable Trust
As a home for the destitute, we offer shelter and a home to the old and neglected in Thrissur, Kerala. We provide free shelter, food, and treatment to over 30 abandoned residents.
We welcome the forsaken, abandoned on the streets, and left to beg for their survival by near and dear ones into our home. At Marian House, they lead a life of peace and prayer until their end. They are protected, treated, fed, and respected for their wisdom and understanding, just as God intended.
It is one of the only elderly homes in India that allows couples to stay together until their last breath. No religion or caste or creed stops anyon from getting a place in our home.
Roof for the Roofless
Families living on the streets or those who had no means to meet their ends can now hope for a new home. As a part of Roof for the Roofless, we build small homes for the poor and downtrodden. We have hundreds of applicants who wish for a home and have gotten in touch with us.
We build them a small home at a minimal cost. Well-wishers and contributors who wish to share their wealth with the underprivileged have borne these costs. Our fourth home in this project is underway. We take care of everything and donate homes in your name by the grace of Jesus.
Ambulance Services
As people age, sicknesses overcome them at the most unexpected times. So, it is essential to have an ambulance available at all times to ensure that the sick can reach the hospital in time. The free ambulance service has been a great help to all nearby villagers who used to struggle to reach hospitals in time, especially in times of emergencies.
Free Medical Camps
Community Kitchen
At Marian House, we don’t return anyone hungry. All are welcome to come and have food at our house. The majority of the food requirements at the house are met from our very own garden. We also have generous donors who share their special occasions with the inmates of our home.
Using all the resources we have, the home runs beautifully well. We care for those abandoned by their family and those struggling around us. The least one can do is to provide a hearty meal for those around them.
